As a married photography team, we realize the significance of your wedding day. But also know how stressful the actual day can be. Even more important than having beautiful images, is remembering how you felt when that picture was taken! So, our job is to make the photography part of it as relaxing as possible. As a same-sex married couple, it is also extremely important for us to be gender neutral when describing all our wedding packages. We know how difficult it was for us to find someone we were comfortable with to capture our wedding day, and want you to feel just as comfortable with us. We feel some of the sweeter and more intimate moments are captured in candid images and our style reflects this. For this reason, most of our wedding day packages include two photographers. This allows us to capture two perspectives, so we are less likely to miss something on your big day.

wedding photography PACKAGES

As a natural light photographer, all wedding packages are only available for outdoor daytime weddings. Our wedding packages are different than any of our other services. Weddings are special occasions and we do not limit the number of images we give you (excluding the engagement package add-on). All wedding day packages include your wedding day coverage, an 8x8 photo album, high resolution digital images, professional editing, an online gallery with one year of storage, and a print release. Travel fees are included up to 30 miles (one way) from our our location in central Austin. After 30 miles, a travel charge of $1 per mile will apply. For coverage more than two hours away, we will advise the travel charge after receiving the booking request. Currently, we do not offer any video services.

intimate PACKAGE $800 (up to 10 guests)

• Ideal for elopements and small ceremonies limited to 10 guests

• Print release so you can print as many as you want, in whichever size you choose at the lab of your choice

lovebirds package $1600

• Up to 4 hours of wedding day coverage 
• Two photographers (additional coverage $200/hr)
• 8x8 custom designed 14 page album (approximately 30-45 images)
• High resolution digital images (basic edits of all successful images and advanced retouching of album images)
• Three finishes are provided for all images (color, monochrome, and vintage)
• Online gallery with one year of storage to download, share, and order professional prints from
• Print release so you can print as many as you want, in whichever size you choose at the lab of your choice
   

ENGAGEMENT or bridal PACKAGE add-on $250

This is our Portrait II Package discounted $50 if added onto a wedding package. We highly recommend coupling this package with a wedding day package. It gives us both a chance to get to know each other in a more relaxed environment, prior to photographing your big day. If you would like to book only an engagement package, please go to our Portraits page as the booking process is different than our wedding packages.

Please read all the steps below before submitting a booking request. Keep in  mind a wedding appointment is not reserved until Steps 1-3 have been completed. 

1. Booking Form - Submit a booking request form. This provides us the basic information we need to determine our availability for your wedding date, travel charges (if any), and the details needed to prepare the contract. We will reply within three business days regarding availability. 
2. Wedding Contract - You will then receive our wedding contract to sign electronically. We like to provide the contract prior to you paying the session deposit, since it is nonrefundable. However, the appointment isn't secured until the deposit has been paid.
3. Wedding Session Deposit - Once availability has been confirmed and you have signed the wedding contract, you will use this link to pay the $300 wedding session deposit via credit card, Pay Pal, or Apple Pay. This deposit will be applied to your wedding photography package. Since we only schedule one wedding a month, this session deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. So, do not book your photography session until your wedding date has been finalized and the venue is secured. The session deposit will be forfeited if rescheduling, canceling for any reason, or if your package balance is not paid by the due date.   
4. Event Guide - We will send you an Event Guide to complete after you pay your session deposit. This guide tells us everything we need to know about your wedding. Including specific poses/groupings you want photographed, timeline, significance of certain details, items/people of interest, wedding coordinator contact information, etc. This form is due back to us four weeks before your wedding date. This allows us enough time to contact the wedding coordinator (if any) so we can prepare our shooting schedule and photography locations.
5. Session Balance - All wedding package balances are due by the date stated on your contract. For weddings located within Austin, this due date is typically seven (7) days prior to your event. Peak season and out of town weddings, may require a due date of up to four weeks before the event to ensure enough time for travel arrangements. 
6. Online Gallery Delivery - The photographer will apply basic edits to all successful images from your wedding day and provide them to you via an online photo gallery within four to six weeks. This gallery allows you to download your images, share with friends/family, make print orders, and mark selections for your wedding album. 
7. Album Delivery - All of our wedding day packages include an 8x8 custom designed wedding album. The album draft will be sent to you along with the online gallery link (4-6 weeks after wedding). We will coordinate with you to adjust the layout and images for your album. You will have up to six months to make changes and approve the album for printing. Once you have finalized any changes to the album and notified us of your approval. We will then do advance retouching on all the album images and finalize the album order. The advanced retouched images will also be added to your online gallery. The album will then be delivered to you within four weeks. 

what type of editing is included?

Basic editing of all successful images... weddings are special occasions and the packages are different than any of our other services. We do not limit the number of images we give you or edit. It is not unusual for us to take thousands of images at a wedding event. Of course, not all those images are usable. So our first step, is to go through and identify all the successful images. We then do basic edits that affect the overall images including white balancing and exposure adjustments, image sharpening, vertical/horizontal straightening, lens distortion, brightness/contrast adjustments, saturation, and cropping for optimal composition. The basic edits do not include any retouching of individuals. Within four to six weeks of your wedding, we will provide you with your own online gallery to download, order, and share.

Advanced retouching of album images... all of our wedding day packages also include a custom designed 8x8 photo album. All images in the photo album undergo advanced retouching (skin imperfections and retouching, adding highlights/contour to add depth to the image, teeth whitening, eye enhancements, reduction of clothing lint, and removal of stray hairs and distracting object from the background. If requested, we can can also do personalized retouching including wrinkle reduction, makeup, skin smoothing, body/face slimming, sky replacement, etc. However, we do not remove braces, do face/body swaps, or remove guest's cell phones from images.
