Please do not purchase this item until you have signed the portrait agreement/invoice. This item includes the nonrefundable session deposit for portrait packages. This nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the appointment date and time. The deposit may be transferred to a different date/time as long as a 24-hour notice is provided to the photographer via email up to times. The session balance is due by the start of the session (unless stated otherwise on the booking agreement) or the shoot will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. The deposit if forfeited if the client cancels, does not show up for the shoot, changes appointment within 24-hours, reschedules more than twice, or loses the appointment due to tardiness. For shoots on location, any cancellations within one hour of the appointment will also be charged any travel charges listed on the booking agreement. A payment link will be sent to you that includes the session balance, which is due by the session start time unless stated otherwise on the booking agreement. Sales tax will be added to all invoices during checkout, as required by Hays County.
