Please read the process below before submitting a booking request. A  portrait booking is not confirmed nor prices locked in until Steps 1-3 have been completed. Please keep in mind when scheduling your shoot the delivery process will take approximately 3-5 weeks from the session date to allow time for proofs, selection, and final editing. So we advise booking the shoot at least one month prior to when you need them.

1. Booking Form - all booking require you to submit a booking request form. We will reply within one business day regarding availability and if additional details are needed. Please do not send an email requesting availability, as the information on the booking form is required to determine availability.

2. Booking Agreement/Session Deposit - once a session time is agreed upon, you will then receive a booking agreement to sign electronically acknowledging our terms, model release, and invoicing.

3. Session Deposit - once you have signed your electronic booking agreement, you will use the link provided to pay the $100 session deposit via credit card, Pay Pal, or Apple Pay. The session deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your session balance. This deposit may be transferred to a different date or time if you need to reschedule and at least a 24-hour written notice is provided (up to two times). The deposit is forfeited and a new booking deposit will be required after rescheduling more than two times, cancelling the shoot, and/or if the shoot isn’t completed within 60 days of the original booking date,

4. Session Balance - all session balances are due by the start of your session. The session will not begin unless the session balance has been paid.

5. Proof Gallery - unless noted differently on the booking agreement, the image options will be delivered to the client within 5 business days via an online gallery. These sample images are watermarked and are solely for selection purposes. You do have the option to include the Keepsake Add-on to be able to download all the proofs from your session. If you include this add-on on the original booking request form, a $50 discount will be applied.

6. Image Selections - you will then have up to 10 business days to select the images to use from the samples provided. Email us to notify once your final selections have been made. You may select more images than your package allows for an additional fee of $20 per image. Payment for the additional images will need to be made before we will begin editing those images.

7. Final Gallery/Digital Delivery - the final images will be delivered in approximately 10 business days once we have been notified of your selections. Internet access is required to receive your images, as all final images will be downloaded from an online password protected gallery. You will have a print release with all orders to print as many images as you want in any sizes for your friends at family from your preferred print lab. For your convenience, you will also be able to order prints directly from the gallery from a professional lab if you choose to do so.
