This item includes us applying professional edits to a a single residential or commercial image taken by our client. The level of editing will depend on image details, composition, file size, and file format. If possible take your image with a camera that will allow you to capture RAW images instead of JPEG. This allows for a deeper level of editing. Any edits will be up to the photographers discretion. For best results, we recommend taking images on a cloudy day to avoid harsh shadows or during twilight to lessen shadows and reflections. We will only edit images taken by our client and will not edit images taken by a third party or another photographer. Some images we will not be able to edit depending on image quality and file size (recommend 2 MB). Please only use this product after you have emailed us the image, so we know if it is something we can edit.  Minimum file size of 2 MB required. Once files received and purchased, the final images will be delivered electronically within 3 business days. No discounts allowed on customer provided images because these are harder for us to edit than if we took the images ourselves. Limit of 10 images for any property. Sales tax will be added to all invoices during checkout, as required by Hays County.
