Individual Headshot Services...

We currently offer individual headshots starting at $100 plus tax. The standard headshot package includes a 20 minute session at our home studio in South Austin (near 1626/Brodie Ln) and one individual headshot. A booking deposit of $50 is required to reserve your appointment and is nonrefundable. This deposit will be applied to the final invoice, which is due by the start of the session. This deposit may be transferred to a different date if you need to reschedule and at lease a 24-hour notice is provided. We will shoot on location with an additional trip charge for the central Austin area. An additional $35 charge may apply if you need us to bring and setup our own background and lighting. For a $20 add-on, we will remove the subject from the background and provide a transparent PNG file that can be overlaid on promotional material. The photographs are the client's to keep and can be used as they see fit for marketing and advertising purposes. For group photographs, pricing starts at the base price of $100 plus $30 per additional person. To remove the background of group shots, pricing starts at the base price of $20 plus $10 per additional person. Discounts are also provided for multiple shoots (five or more) during a single booking session. Delivery process... Headshots are delivered to the client within approximately ten business days of the shoot date. This timeframe allows the photographer three business days to narrow down the images and preliminary edit five sample images for the client to select from, the client two business days to select the image to use from the samples provided, and the photographer five business days to edit and deliver the final selected image(s). For group sessions, additional time may be needed to send sample images. Any delays in selection from the client will impact the overall delivery time. If an image is not selected by the client within five business days, the photographer will select the image to use and proceed with the order.

Ready to book... submit a booking request form. We will reply within one business day regarding availability and if additional details are needed. We will then send a booking agreement for you to sign and a link to pay your booking deposit. A booking is not confirmed until both the agreement has been signed and the deposit paid.

  • Trip Charge $50 for shoots on location in central Austin
  • Travel add-on will apply for locations outside central Austin to cover mileage and drive time. Click here for map and charges. This travel add-on is in addition to the trip charge when shooting on location.
  • The trip charge plus any applicable travel add-ons will be applied if booking is cancelled upon arrival when shooting on location.
  • The state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices, as required by Travis County. 

Important note...

Our headshot packages are priced low due to the little client interaction during the developing process. Our packages do not include any reshoots if you are not happy with the images. If you have not already, please review samples of our work on the Headshot Gallery page to make sure that our style of photography and editing is a good fit for you. When you book with us, you are giving us full reign over session styling and artistic editing of photos. We will be choosing the best of the images to present to you as samples to select from (up to five). Once an image is selected, all headshots will undergo minor touch ups including teeth whitening (if necessary), enhancing the eyes, and softening the skin. Additional edits are based on the headshot editing preference form each client is to submit. Once the images are delivered, the photographer will not make additional edits. So if you want to make sure something is edited or not edited out please be sure to include it on the form. Also be honest with yourself, if you are an individual who typically doesn't like photographs of yourself or who looks at an image of yourself and wants to change several things, then we would recommend going with another photographer whose headshot packages include more interaction and input from the client. Yes, we would love to have you as a client but also want you to be happy with your image.
