Our commercial services are ideal for business owners, restaurants, bars, retail stores, salons, etc. looking to showcase their place of business with professional photographs. Our goal is to highlight the uniqueness of your business with bright high-resolution images. We can capture the best features of each space, by using wide-angle lenses and editing each photo to perfection. Every package below includes the following editing process: HDR processing with window replacement, overall edits to make the HDR image look more realistic, white balancing, image sharpening, vertical/horizontal straightening, removing minor blemishes, lens distortion, brightness/contrast adjustments, flash/camera reflection removal, and outdoor sky replacement (if needed). Please contact us if you are interested in acquiring usage rights for a shoot that has already taken place. 

Booking and Delivery Process (updated Feb 2018)... a commercial booking is not confirmed until Steps 1-3 have been completed.  

  1. Booking Form - submit a booking request form. We will reply within one business day regarding availability and if additional details are needed. Your requested date will then be placed on a 24-hour courtesy hold to allow time for Steps 2 and 3 to be completed.
  2. Booking Agreement - you will then receive a booking agreement to sign electronically acknowledging our terms and invoicing.
  3. Session Deposit - once you have received your booking agreement, you will use this link to pay the $100 session deposit via credit card, Pay Pal, or Apple Pay. The session deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your session balance. This deposit may be transferred to a different date or time if you need to reschedule and at least a 24-hour written notice is provided (up to two times). After rescheduling, more than two times the deposit is forfeited and a new booking deposit will be required. The session deposit will be forfeited if cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.  
  4. Session Balance - all session balances are due by the start of your session. The session will not begin unless the session balance has been paid. 
  5. Image Digital Delivery - the final images will be delivered electronically via Google Drive within five business days from shoot end time. Clients may now also indicate on the booking form their preference to select the final images themself with a $40 add-on. This allows the client to decide which images are used for the final package, but will add additional editing time to all orders. If selecting the images yourself, we will do preliminary edits on a handful of images and send you an online gallery of several options to select from within three business days of the shoot. Once the images are selected, we will proceed with the order. Specific delivery time will depend on our editing workload once the selections are received, but will typically be within five business days once the selections are received. If the images are not selected within five business days, the photographer will select the images to use and proceed with the order.
  6. Residential Usage Rights - our client is granted permanent usage rights which allows them to market their work or listing indefinitely, without expiration or royalty fees. Although, our client is granted permanent usage rights, they do not own the images and may not transfer ownership or share them with third parties to use for their own portfolio. All images are copyrighted and ownership rights remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Spaces & Faces Photography. 

commercial Packages

All packages were created to offer our client permanent usage rights for showcasing their place of business at a single commercial location. Square footage limitations are listed below. Packages can still be used for larger locations with an add-on of $25 per 1,000 sq ft over. Base packages include still images of the space, products, food, etc. and do not include people within the images. Packages cannot be shared with others for their own commercial portfolio use. COMMERCIAL I PACKAGE $375

  • Includes shoot on location (up to 1 hour, less if two photographers)
  • Priced for spaces under 2,000 sq ft (size add-on will apply for shooting larger businesses)
  • Additional images can be purchased at $15 per image 

 

COMMERCIAL II PACKAGE $475 

  • 25 edited digital photographs with permanent usage rights for our client
  • Includes shoot on location (up to 1.5 hours, less if two photographers)
  • Interior and daytime exterior images
  • Priced for spaces under 3,000 sq ft (size add-on will apply for shooting larger businesses)
  • Additional images can be purchased at $15 per image 

 

COMMERCIAL III PACKAGE $575 

  • 35 edited digital photographs with permanent usage rights for our client
  • Includes shoot on location (up to 2 hours, less if two photographers)
  • Interior and daytime exterior images
  • Priced for spaces under 4,000 sq ft (size add-on will apply for shooting larger businesses)
  • Additional images can be purchased at $15 per image

 

Optional Add-Ons And Additional Charges

 

  • Amenities/Landmarks $15 if you want us to photograph subdivision/complex amenities, entry signage, or nearby landmarks. The add-on covers an additional 15 minutes to photograph these areas, not additional images. Depending on distance and number of locations multiple add-ons may apply and will be disclosed at time of booking.
  • Cancellation/reschedule fee ($50 standard/$75 twilight) will apply if at least a 48-hour notice is not provided to cover the cost of reserving the appointment time. 
  • Dusk $25 (twilight packages only) for clients wanting the darker stages of twilight, which occurs up to an hour after sunset. Dusk shoots produce a stunning dark blue sky and the add-on covers the additional time to photograph, not additional images. This add-on is only available for twilight packages and cannot be added to a daytime package. See our Twilight Gallery for samples of both Twilight and Dusk images.
  • Image Selection $40 allows the client to select the final images to use for the package. This add-on covers the additional shoot time to provide additional image options and editing time to prepare the image options to the client and extends the delivery time. The image options will be provided to the client within three business days of the shoot via an online gallery. Once the images are selected, we will proceed with the order. Specific delivery time will depend on our editing workload once the selections are received, but will typically be within five business days once the selections are received. If the images are not selected within five business days, the photographer will select the images to use and proceed with the order.
  • Logo Export $20 for clients wanting us to export their logo on all the images. You will receive two sets of images one with and one without the logo. You will need to tell us if you prefer your logo in the bottom left or right corner. The location will be the same for all images. The logo must be provided as a transparent .png file prior to the scheduled shoot date. We will not create or edit the logo with the exception of resizing and adjusting opacity if needed.
  • Rush Delivery $50 includes delivery within two business days (instead of five business days). Must be requested at time of booking and we will select the images to use for the order. Not available over the weekend.
  • Size $25 covers the additional time needed to photograph larger spaces over the package limitations and is applied per 1,000 sq ft over.
  • Staff Portraits ($50 per person) allow you to capture individual images of your staff during the shoot. Since we no longer offer headshots, this is a great option. Each add on includes selection from five image options and one additional image, but does not include additional session time. These images will only undergo minimal edits and does not include advanced headshot editing. 
  • Travel may apply for locations outside the Driftwood/South Austin area. All charges will be disclosed on the booking agreement and can be found on our Travel map. 
  • Twilight (offers most optimal lighting) $125 optimal lighting is offered during twilight shoots. The appointments are time to arrive early enough to capture daytime exteriors, interiors, and then twilight exteriors. All twilight appointments will end approximately 30 minutes after sunset.   • Usage Rights for 2nd Company $100 allows image usage rights to a second company. This is great for other parties involved in the project to use the images for their own portfolio and is greatly discounted. This add-on must be indicated on booking form to receive discounted add-on pricing.
  • Video Slideshow $15 includes a slideshow video of images, property address, and contact information. Ideal for your companies social media page, or can be embedded on your company's website. 
  • Weekend Appointments $35 for shoots on Friday (after 3PM), Saturday or Sunday.

 

Discounts

The discounts listed below applies only to the advertised photography packages and are not applicable to travel charges or optional add-ons. For example, they would not apply to travel charges if outside central Austin or optional add-ons (rush delivery, weekend charges, dusk, duplex, amenities, etc.). 

  • Monthly Promotions - Monthly promotions are often offered to our clients. These promotions, if any, will be pinned to the top of our Facebook page. Enter the code word in the appropriate field of the booking request form to redeem the special. Promotion cannot be added after the booking request is submitted or combined with other promotions (except referrals and client codes).
  • Referrals - Nothing makes us happier than when an existing client refers us out. When a new client includes your name on a booking form, we will send you a referral code to use for 15% off your choice of future bookings once their transaction has completed. The referral code cannot be applied to any existing bookings.
  • Reshoots -  We understand there may be situation when we have to reshoot a property. Maybe you want to show off before/after of your work. Or, you decide after the fact you want to add twilight exteriors. Either way, we appreciate your repeat business and will offer a 10% discount off any of the base commercial packages listed above for the second shoot at the same property.
