We know Realtors and vendors sometimes have a difficult time determining what to get their clients as gifts. So we decided to offer a matted print with four finish options (brushed canvas, pencil sketch, blueprint, or rendering). If Space & Faces took the image, the cost is $25 plus tax since all the initial editing steps have already been completed. Or the client can supply the image for a $10 add-on to cover edits required to improve white balance, clarity, correct verticals/horizontals, and coloring adjustments. Sometimes we will replace the sky in the image to give it a more dramatic finish, especially for brushed canvas and rendering orders. All images are then edited to the selected finish, printed, matted, then shipped. Samples of each finish and mat options can be found by clicking a product type below. These prints are great gifts for Realtors or vendors to give to their clients at closing or project completion. The price includes our time for editing, an 8x10 print, 11x14 mat (either black or white), backer board, clear interior envelope, weatherproof exterior envelope, and standard postage via US postal service. The order does not include a frame. If you choose to purchase a frame before your gift arrives, be sure to get one that fits an 11x14 image and includes a framing area thick enough for the mat/backer board.
Images must be at least 2 MB in size for all orders. You can send an exterior or interior image. If an image isn't provided in an 8x10 ratio, we will crop the image based on our discretion. If you are using an image we produced, please send the image from the print quality options. We typically only store images for 30 days, so do not assume we still have your images on file. If you didn't save a copy of the images, please check with us first before submitting an order. If the provided image was not taken by Spaces & Faces, by submitting an order you acknowledge that you either took the image yourself or you have the copyrights to use, reproduce, and alter the image provided.
Two-step Ordering Process
Step 1: Use the product short cuts below to add the appropriate items to your cart and submit your order. We do require prepayment for all client gifts to cover our up front costs (print, mat, mailing supplies, postage, etc.). All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if you fail to complete Step 2, or if the image provided does not meet the image size requirements. There will not be a receipt in the envelope in case you want to ship it directly to your client.
Step 2: Once you submit the order, you will then email the image you want as the closing gift to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply confirming receipt an acceptability of the image. If we took the image and it is within 30 days of your delivery or we have confirmed we still have your images stored, then just send a screenshot of the image you want us to use for your order. Please provide additional details to match the appropriate image with the order selections (finish, mat color) if you are ordering more than one image and all the options aren't the same.
Delivery: Once both steps are completed, the order will typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. The product price includes standard delivery via US postal service. Spaces & Faces is not responsible for any delays in delivery or damages that may occur during the shipping process. A backer board is adhered to the matted print, the gift is then wrapped in bubble wrap, and is then placed in a waterproof envelope to reduce the chances of damage during delivery.
